QUALITY POLICY

 

The main objective of Kotłoinwest Sp. z o.o. is to strengthen the market position in the metal industry and maintain the reputation of a professional and reliable business partner by meeting customers’ expectations in terms of the quality of our products and services. We consider customer satisfaction a measure of the quality of our products and services, and a motivation for further development.

We achieve this objective through:

• Integrated Quality Management System based on the requirements of PN EN ISO 9001:2015, PN-EN ISO 3834-2:2007 oraz PN-EN 1090-1+A1:2012; PN-EN 1090-2:2018; PN-ISO 45001:2018, implemented and maintained in all business areas of the company,
• effective management of processes, resources and personnel in conjunction with the efficiency of actions taken,
• knowledge of customers requirements regarding the quality of products, services and support
• efficient infrastructure and implementation of new technical and technological solutions
• improvement of professional qualification of the employees, their awareness and engagement in the quality management process
• cooperation with suppliers meeting our own and our customers’ quality requirements.

We fulfil this objective through:

• engagement of the top management and provision of funds for development,
• employees’ qualifications and experience,
• optimization of the production process
• compliance with the provisions of law, business and labour ethics principles,
• improvement of the quality management system,
• continuous monitoring of the processes in our company.

OHS POLICY

 

Pursuing the maintenance of a high standard of safety and working conditions for both the employees of our Company and contractors and visitors staying within the company’s premises, we have implemented an OHS Management System in Kotłoinwest Spółka z o.o., based on PN-ISO 45001:2018 standards.

We believe incidents, injuries, professional diseases and near-misses may be prevented, and this can be effectively achieved through:

• compliance with the requirements of applicable provisions of law concerning OHS, as well as standards established in the Company in this regard,
• systematic assessment of occupational risk for existing hazards,
• elimination of hazards and limitation of OHS risk,
• engagement, consultations and cooperation of all employees of the Company in actions aimed at improving occupational health and safety,
• cooperation with qualified, constantly developing personnel,
• continuous improvement of actions and the OHS system by setting goals and monitoring their fulfilment, conducting periodic management audits and reviews, analysing risks and opportunities, and implementing corrective actions without undue delay.

The Management Board of Kotłoinwest Spółka sp. z o.o. provides proper means for implementing this policy.

ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

 

As a company aware of its impact on the natural environment, we have implemented an Environmental Management System in Kotłoinwest Spółka z o.o., based on PN-EN ISO 14001:2015, the objective of which is to minimise the negative influence of our business on the natural environment through:

• reduction of quantity and quality of waste and segregation thereof,
• prevention of contamination,
• raising environmental awareness among employees
• care for optimal use of natural resources by limiting the consumption of energy and water.

We believe we can and must protect the natural environment, and this can be effectively achieved through:

• compliance with the requirements of applicable provisions of law concerning environmental protection, as well as standards established in the Company in this regard,
• systematic analysis and assessment of environmental aspects,
• engagement of all employees of the Company in actions aimed at protecting the environment and promoting environmental activities to customers and suppliers,
• cooperation with qualified personnel,
• continuous improvement of actions and the environmental management system by setting goals and monitoring their fulfilment, conducting periodic management audits and reviews, analysing risks and opportunities, and implementing corrective actions without undue delay.

The Board of Directors of Kotloinwest Sp. z o.o. declares that it will provide funds for the needs arising from the implementation of the provisions of the Environmental Policy and the organization's goals in this regard.

All employees are obliged to timely response in situations when they become aware of any risk or event that may have a negative influence on the natural environment.

The environmental policy is communicated, implemented and maintained at all levels of the company and is available to relevant stakeholders.
